Individual Giving

Individual Giving is represented by any gift that is given directly to United Way not through a workplace campaign.  An individual giver may choose to contribute at one of many investment levels:

General Giving – An annual investment of up to $999.  All investment sizes are valued and are critical to the health of Waukesha County.  It is the collective power of giving which allows for maximum results.

Leadership Giving – An annual investment between $1,000 and $9,999.  These committed investors are dedicated to building a better, stronger community, and they lead by example.  Click Leadership Giving for more information.
  

Tocqueville Giving – An annual investment of $10,000 or more.  This investment exemplifies an outstanding commitment to improving the quality of life in our community.  Click Tocqueville Giving for more information.

Major/Initiative Giving – A multi-year investment of $25,000 or more.  This investment is earmarked for United Way’s Community Impact mission and ensures the long-term viability of United Way in Waukesha County.
  

Planned Giving - A lifetime investment of assets.  Gifts are an investment in the future of Waukesha County and will respond to the crticial needs of tomorrow.  This can be achieved through the following investments: wills, trusts, life insurance policies or estate plans.
